Early Production Facility (EPF) is essential part of the oil production and preparation before further processing in the refineries. ENCH designs and provides fast-track equipment for the oil production and provides comprehensive engineers services for the design and equipment supply for oil production facilities.

Early Production Facility for IDU – Nigeria

The Project included the Design Procurement Construction and Commissioning of an Early Production Facility. The EPF included LP and HP separating units, heater, coalescer, storage tank and export pumping station. The Plant has a capacity of 25.000 bpd of oil obtained through 8 oil production wells. The separated gas was burned in a dedicated flare. The separated water was treated and disposed. The produced oil was exported through an existing oil export pipeline. ENch Group has been responsible for the following:

  • Basic Design
  • Detail Design
  • Detail design of whole prefabricated skids. Whole process equipment have been supply skid mounted as well as the utility systems.
  • Prefabrication and construction supervision.
  • To made available the crew of engineers needed to carry out the Pre commissioning, Commissioning and Startup of the Plant.
  • Management, operation and maintenance for the entire period of operation up to the handover of the plant.

Early Production Facility at En Naga Field –Lybia.

The Project included the Design Procurement Construction and Commissioning of an Early Production Facility as well as a 100 km long ND 12” oil export pipeline. The EPF included LP and HP separating units, stripping column, heater, coalescer, storage tank and export pumping station.

The Plant has a capacity of 30.000 bpd of oil obtained through 11 oil production wells. Due to the remote location of the plant, the power needed to operate the plant was produced through no. 1 diesel generator and no. 2 gas power generation units feed by the separated gas. The exceeding separated gas was burned in a dedicated flare. The separated water was treated and disposed into a dedicated evaporation pond. The produced oil was exported through a dedicated oil export pipeline ND12”, 100 km long to an existing oil terminal. ENch Group has been responsible for the following:
