Gas Treatment Plants

ENCH is engaged in engineering, procurement and construction services for natural gas processing facilities to meet the rapidly growing demand for natural gas. Facilities which treat the crude oil and natural gas produced several thousand meters below ground consist of gas, oil and water separators, gas sweating, impurity removal, dehydration and dew point control, calorie control, petroleum vapor pressure control and utilities supply system.

We are capable of optimized design, procurement and construction of gas processing plants in accordance with well-head fluid conditions and product requirements.

EPC for the Central Gas Treatment
Plant at San Potito and Related Network

Country: ITALY
Client: Padana Energia s.p.a. & Enel Longanesi Developments S.r.l.

Padana Energia S.p.a. and Enel Longanesi Developments S.r.l. are the owners of this EPC project related to the development and production of hydrocarbons in the gaseous “Longanesi field “.
The EPC contract for the “Longanesi“ project covers:

  • Putting into production of 5 high pressure gas wells, subdivided into three clusters
  • Construction of a gas treatment
  • Construction of a collection network comprised of pipelines for the transport of gas, produced water and glycol, as well as the electrical power cables and fiberoptic cables.

ENCH Group and Max Streicher are requested to execute the project management, permitting, detail design, supply of whole materials and equipment, logistic, prefabrication, construction and erection, inspection and testing, pre commissioning, commissioning and start up and any other activity required to complete the plant, including the training of the operators.

Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP):
Onshore Pipeline

Country: ITALY
Client: Trans Adriatic Pipeline

The joint venture comprised of ENch Group S.p.a. and Max Streicher S.p.a. was awarded the contract for Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) for the onshore pipeline in Italy (8-kilometre, 36-inch diameter), which will connect the project offshore section at the landfall with the Pipeline ReceivingTerminal (PRT).

TAP will transport natural gas from the giant Shah Deniz II field in Azerbaijan to Europe. The approximately 878 km long pipeline will connect with the Trans Anatolian Pipeline (TANAP) at the Turkish-Greek border at Kipoi, cross Greece and Albania and the Adriatic Sea, before coming ashore in Southern Italy.

There will be a block valve station in the vicinity of the landfall and a Pipeline Receiving Terminal (PRT) in the municipality of Melendugno, 8.2 km away from the coast and protected areas.

ENCH Group and Max Streicher are requested to execute the projectmanagement, permitting, detail design, supply of the materials and equipment, logistic, prefabrication, construction and erection, inspection and testing, precommissioning, commissioning and start up and any other activity required to complete the plant, including the training of the operators.
